Exchange and return policy
Exchange and return policy:
- You can exchange and return products within 3 days from the date of receiving the product inside the Kingdom only.
- The products to be returned or replaced should be in their original condition without removing the attached product information card or the stickers on the products, and they should be wrapped in the original packaging and not used.
- The customer does not bear the shipping costs in the event that there is an exchange or return in the following cases:
1- The customer receives a product other than the one he ordered.
2- The occurrence of a breakage or damage to the product resulting from an error on the part of the shipping company.
3- The product is damaged for any other reason.
- The customer bears the shipping costs in the event that there is a replacement or return, and it is estimated at (30) riyals for return
(60) replacement in the following cases.
1- The customer chooses a product other than the one he wanted.
2- The product is no longer suitable for him.
3- The customer no longer wants the product.
Steps for exchange and return:
You can submit a request for exchange and return by sending the following data to the WhatsApp number (0556945166) or to the e-mail ([email protected]):
• Customer phone number.
• customer name.
• The name of the product to be replaced or returned.
• Reason for replacement or refund.
• You will be informed of the method of re-ordering and serving you directly as soon as your order is received and to ensure the safety of the products and their accessories.
